Description
A lot like the Kenneth Branagh films, 1978's Death on the Nile staring Peter Ustinov, was a sequel to 1974's Murder on the Orient Express staring Albert Finney. But you could never tell since the Poirot in those to movies are played by the completely different actors. This was because in Murder on the Orient Express, Albert Finney had to undergo loads of make-up work to look like Hercule Poirot and he didn't want to be in the same set up in the desert, leading them to cast Peter Ustinov who would go on to play Poirot in five more movies, two theatrical and three TV movies. This is so weird, just imagine is Sean Connery only played Bond in Dr No and Roger Moore took over from From Russia with Love onwards. But what if that wasn't the case? what if Albert Finney had agreed to to Death on the Nile and he had played Hercule Poirot a second time.
