The pic is a kinda blurred, but that is part of the effect... and the face of the actress has a special expression, is hard to describe the feeling o.o

Wow, still as gorgeous and realistic as ever! The hair especially - you really put a lot into the little details, and it shows.

My only critique would be the ears - somehow they seem off....not sure if it's the color or the inside shape. Then again I couldn't accurately draw an ear without a reference to save my life, and even with a reference it'd still look pretty bad.

It seemed to be a photo when I see it at first. I couldn't believe it's drawn before I saw the full view! You also can draw real persons as good as anime characters. Very well done!

Carina! You're back! Thought dA got the best of you o.O

Ok, so lets start about things I love:
FACE, EXPRESSION, HUES. I think the choice of a darker, hazy background adds a lot of mystery into this piece. I really loved how you drew Yip Suen's expression. It looks so gentle and serene. Once again your highly experienced talent at drawing the delicate follicles of hair really shine out immensely added with the lighting on Suen's side (of face). About your hues: you matched your colors well, and there really isn't much to complain about on your Digital portrait

However, for every piece there can be one thing atleast to be suggested. The only thing I could suggest is adding a little light to her eyes and maybe a little more lighting on her lip to make it more glarry and make it a more rounder, realistic lip. But this can be more overlooked than let's suppose the reference for the bright lighting on the side of her face. Perhaps you could add more lighter tones for the moonlight background. This might be done by using a light shade of blue *preferably the one you used on her face* and putting parts of it on the background to the left of her. (Or maybe just make that background lighter?) I don't know, but these are simply minor technical details. If you'd like to keep it it's fine, because it is much easier seeing ahead of this ^___^
