Personality/Info: Cotton, also known as the mayor of Leaf City, is a polite and calm yet very serious and tough lady who watch out to see any problem going on in her city. She can be quite serious about something, even though she doesn't look like she is, but she's not the kind of lady who you should mess with, in fact a lot of people who are not from Leaf City are scared of her, even when she's acting nice to them. She's like a mother to everyone in Leaf City, since she has a soft spot for all of them. She always forgive her citizens for their silly mistakes, not to mention she's very sweet, friendly and supportive to them, and never has shown any signs of anger and hatred for them. She doesn't mind about the mess or chaos they can make at times (or their childish attitude), she can find a way to fix the mess and try to talk to them peacefully. Cotton loves to plant cotton flowers everywhere in Leaf City, she also likes to help people with gardening n stuff. However, Cotton is not very nice with strangers, to the point that she can even scare them with her calm yet creepy stare, telling them if they ever cause any bad to her citizens they will suffer the consequences, and she always seems to keep that peaceful look in her face, never showing any other expression like anger or sadness (always with that cute look :/). In short, Cotton is a very responsible, hard-working and outstanding person who never gets in trouble and always doing the right things in the right way.
