Personality/Info: Ongaku is known as a very energetic goat who owns a music school in Stellar Town, and is a very famous singer too. She has a strange robotic singing voice, but this robotic voice is what made her famous, and of course that she will never tell the truth about what really happend to her voice, instead she will just say that practice made her voice good. In her old home town, she used to be insulted by others a lot due to her bad singing voice, and everyone always laughed at her, not until she 'somehow' gained her robotic singing voice, then she became quite appreciated, especially when she moved to Stellar Town, which then she became famous and known. In her school, Ongaku teaches people how to sing, while her best friend and roommate Yawarakai, teaches people how to play instruments, and both teaches people the importance of music and how it helps their heart and mind to feel better in some occasions. Truth to be told, Ongaku doesn't have much confidence and she's not really 'happy', since she knows the voice that made her famous isn't hers, and all the insults she recived in her past still haunts her. But even with low self-esteem, she's still willing to help others who has the same dreams as she had, being a famous singer and/or song writter, and make them come true. Ongaku always treats her fans, friends, and students with the best of respect, and she also cheer them up whenever they're feeling down. Also, she tends to sing while she talks, and the umbrella in her head makes her float/fly, as a way to make things 'funny'.
All that Ongaku wants to do is sing, help people and make them feel happy. And as long if she's making people happy, she will be happy.
