Belle and Beast sitting on a rooftop. Need I say more?Actually. Yes. I do. I can't do perspective. My perspective sucks. It makes no sense that Belle is sitting on the rooftop, she should be falling down, plunging to her death with this perspective.
But I tried.
Drew it on paper (some H and HB pencils), scanned it, then coloured it in Adobe Photoshop CS2. This is what I call "a quickie". The sketch was done in an hour, the colouring in about an hour and a half. I like the result, despite the perspective of doom!

The colouring needs... well, a little more of treatment, especially the rooftop, but I love the way you draw the Beast, you always make him so expressive! And I loved BelleΒ΄s mischievous look, hehe.

aw, this is really cute. definitely one of my favorite disney movies, and just favorite movies in general
though, i have to be honest, i thought the beast was hotter as the beast then when he became human again xD is that bad? hehe

But, need clean lines of sketch on Belle`s skin.

Nah, it's not anything like that. Maybe Belle is using her famous levitation ability? : D
Beast looks nicely detailed, I like his feet and claws. I also like Belle's hair, and she has a nice facial expression. Her chest and shoulder area are a bit undeveloped. You should have used a bit more contrast and shading on her skirt tho, now we can't really figure out were her right leg is.
