Remember WANDA from the Let's Get Dangerous?
She was Darkwing's A.I. computer created by Fenton who shared the same VA as Gandra
This idea was inspired by notes for a Drakepad Wedding on tumblr, for the life of me I can't remember who it was, but in the notes was that they wanted WANDA there so she was given a robot body by Gyro and Fenton
I thought it'd be cool if WANDA could be transferred into a robot body from time to time when it came to helping Darkwing as for her civilian disguise, she wants to know what it's like to be normal and do what organic beings do
Her secret identity is that she is visiting from London as Drake's penpal partner named Wanda Watervale

*her civilian appearance is slightly based on Gandra Dee, seeing as how she's voiced by Jameela Jamil who voiced Gandra, the white feathers and blonde hair are from Gandra's OG appearance
*her robot body is inspired by Aya from Green Lantern the animated series (never watched much of it, but I liked Aya)
*she can transform from her civilian to robot appearence by saying "Let's Get Dangerous" similar to how Fenton says "Blathering Blatherskite" to become Gizmoduck
