Faramir and Eowyn again! My favourite couple in the book. I felt like drawing something touching and heartwarming. Call it my Christmas mood ^___^ First time I've drawn three (count 'em: 3!) people in one drawing....not to mention the first I've drawn a baby too. Wow! "^^ This was somewhat inspired by an Anka-Katrina Eismann's painting I saw with Faramir and his child with Eowyn.Yep, they don't look like David Wenham or Miranda Otto, but I figure it's okay 'cause it's in my own style on how I draw people.
There, it's done! Still keeping the sepia tones 'cause I think it makes it look very warm and tender. Just like the "Call and Mattie" one, this was one of the most challenging drawings to colour in the computer. Lots details, y'know?

Aaaw, thanks! You're the first to mention the wittle baby ^___^ Babies are interesting to draw...they're not quite the same as regular people, the proportions on the face is different. Thanks for the fave! ^_^

I love babies, but I can't draw them very well. I guess I just need more practice on babies

Oh yah, it's not too hard when it comes to babies. They're actually....strangely more easier because there's less lines to worry about, and their face is just a huge round thing. *giggle* Hey, you know what'd be great? If you can draw James and Lilly carrying a baby Harry. That'd be good baby practise!

Actually Faramir looks like the one from the movie

Thank you! Ahum, you're right! Faramir in the book did have black hair --correction raven hair to be exact. The one people keep refering to is a specific description from "The Steward and the King" where him and Eowyn are watching Mordor on the brink of its destruction. I like the Faramir in the movie as well....albeit I'm not overly fond of his personality in the Two Towers.

I was not comparing with a book so much so I liked it.
I just don't like that almost all the elves are blondes with pointy ears, they look line D&D elves, not Tolkien's
