Hellooooo (2 drawings today...xD that's not normal)

I drew a Christmas gift for my viewers, and now here's a drawing little more special for the LoTR club. Merry Christmas again.
About the drawing itself, I just wanted to draw another family portrait with my favorite characters but when I was going to color it, I wanted something a little different than a simple portrait and I wanted to try new effects with coloring.
Apart from the technical aspect, why this choice of night ? I think it's something that fits well with elves. The night and the stars have a very important connotation in Tolkien writings (especially seeing the elves singing to Elbereth (Varda) who's a sort of Goddess of stars).
Moreover, since Galadriel and Celeborn were both born before the birth of the sun, it seems almost natural to associate them to night... yeah yeah I know Galadriel was in Valinor BUT she lived with her mother's kin in Alqualonde which is a city that remained in the dark because the light of the sacred trees was hidden by mountains and the city was on the other side to be close to the sea.

And the "night" allows me to give them a look a little mystique through the night and their light is often represented/described as coming from their being or their souls, which explains the work on the eyes.
