Nice. I've been wondering though, why there's that black slash across it. Just a shadow, but it looks odd.

Itβs the shadow of a mullion, the vertical structural element supporting panes of glass in a window. The shadows of other, thinner mullions and transoms (horizontal structural elements) are visible as well, showing the framework of what I visualized as French windows with metal frames. In good weather they could be swung open like doors to allow breezes to ventilate the room.
As an aid to visualization, hereβs an example from Wikipedia . Of course, what I had in mind was metal framing, not wood, and more transoms, but itβs fairly similar.
