Description This cuff is bead loomed with a slim burgundy satin ribbon and metallic golden seed beads. Using the ribbon as warps makes it slightly stiffer and not as slinky as my other cuffs.
I imagine wearing it to highlight a black velvet outfit ... then again I have always been partial to black velvet

Thank you This was a lucky coincidence. My sister gave me the beads for Christmas and when I cleared things for my move, I stumbled upon the ribbon. I almost threw it away by accident, but fortunately I did take another peek into the bag with the scrap copper wire. No idea how it ended up in there in the first place

Thank you! Actually it should have gone faster than my other pieces because there are less beads in it, but that ribbon decided to fight me all the way

I learned the basics of bead looming about 1.5 years ago in an online bead group after a ex-forum friend had nagged me to try it. Now I like to experiment every, now and then. There is so much to learn, but I'm very impatient about following instructions *cough cough*
