You must leave the credits
Feel free to change the font, CSS, put your own images, etc. The only requirement is that you must leave the credits and the images you use must be your own, you may not edit the images I used.
To use, simply click "install to journal
You need to remove my skype account from the navigation bar and make sure the links changed to your username. When editing your journal, go to Options, then you'll see a box called Header, this is where that information will be found
