So, because she's German, or she's wearing Germany's tricolour (which looks nice btw), you had to call her "Genocide"? -_-

Let me first start by saying that Genocide is not my character. She belongs to and is used with permission as I noted in the notes section beneath the picture. As such, I did not name her, did. What I have done with this Halloween picture is to reconceive the character and redepict her around this year's halloween theme. That theme involved Heroes and Villains of the universe being a bit of the opposite of what they actually are. Hence, Genocide being depicted as Zeitgeist, Aegis being depicted as Ultrawoman, and Ultrawoman being depicted as Soviet Superwoman.

That's some awsome colouring and reflection mapping.

Ya. If you were a ghost, you'ld be "Incorporeal Tasty-Chunks".

You'll have to put aside your established notions of Genocide first.

I guess... but to my mind, otherverse characters work best when they at least have some small identifiable trait of their usual self, a complete inversion... well you might as well create an entirely new character.

Yep, and said character would still look like Genocide in build and facial features, still be incredibly strong and intelligent, still have the same name--Ilsa Hauppman--still be german in origin, might even have the same origin. The only thing that would really change is that the mental outlook would now be tied irrevocably to the general cultural norm of Germany.

It'd have to be something along those lines, or considering Ilsa actually came from an alternate universe, this might be how she developed in this Universe. It'd even be easy to explain her abscence from AF stories thus far as she is an inherintly German heroine. It'd be interesting to see Genocide face off with her alternate heroic self, Zeitgeist.

Conceptually, as Zeitgeist, Ilsa would reflect the current views and values of the cultural norm of modern day Germany, so while during WWII she might have been Genocide, today things would be vastly different.
