This may be my favorite drawing of mine EVER. I'm not kidding, I... if it weren't totally egotistical, I'd say that I want to marry this drawing. I love how everyone turned out. Rita especially.

I have to tell a brief story. Obviously, Rita, Zedd and Rito are canon MMPR villains. AWESOME canon MMPR villains. Riti is not canon, she's a fan character I made up, and after a while, I kind of forgot about Rita, Zedd and Rito and all of a sudden, I was trying to balance my PR fan series on MY idiotic made up character Riti. I really turned her into a Mary Sue, and I kept on drawing her, I put her in Astronema's team and had her allied with THEM, and then I had her as second-in-command of ANOTHER team of villains, and I just have to say that I have LEARNED something; that, honestly, Riti? She's not that interesting.

She's just not. Without Rita and Zedd to call her an idiot and tell her to shut up, she's nothing. Without Rito to be her battle partner, she's nothing.

Just looking at this drawing, who catches your eye? I bet it ain't the girl with the black mask and the pleated skirt. Riti simply CAN NOT carry the villains by herself. When I do my PR fan work from now on, Riti needs to step back into her rightful place in the second/third tier.

But, I really do love this drawing. I have such an insane, irrational love for Rita, Zedd and Rito, and this is the first time I've tried to draw them in years. Just years, so I'm very happy they look as good as they do. I forgot some details on Rito because the reference picture I had was not exactly reliable. But, on the whole, YAY.

BTW, I drew this while watching The Blues Brothers. Hahaomg.
