I think the three heads ar Dany, Jon and Tyrion. (We have to assume Jon is Rhaegar's and Lyanna's son and that Lyanna gave birth to Jon the moment Ned arrived at the Tower of Joy).
The series was supposed to be a trilogy at the beginnign so a looot of clues are in book one.
The points of view we get in book one are all Starks except for Dany, Jon and Tyrion. (Well, being Lyanna's son makes Jon a Stark, but he doesn't have the name).
I believe Tyrion could be Aery's son. But I also like the idea of him being the only child of Tywin. Im'n now sure yet. But if he is Aery's son, all three of them would have Targaryen blood in them.
All three mothers died while giving birth to them!
Another clue for Tyrion being a dragon head:When he is held prison at the Eyrie and has his trial Sweet Robin shouts "I want to see him fly" all the time. It's something GRR; likes to use to foreshadow things.
Jon wargs into Ghost after the stabbing but Melisandre resurrects him (She saw a boy/man becoming a ghost and then a boy/man again in her fires).
But it's also possible that there are other Dragon riders before the dragon finally accepts his final three heads.
Bran (You will never walk but you will fly)
Victarion (with his dragon horn)

Yeah! I support Rhaenys-cat! She will destroy the white-walkers too, sit on iron throne and bring kibble and peace to all the Westeros!
By the way, my theories are : Victarion, Tyrion and Jon; the dragons' corner of the pure Targaryen will end!

I'm quite sure Victarion will receive a dragon :
1_Moqorro said a dragon is waiting for him
2_Victarion has got a magic horn
3_Victarion is COOL!He won't die until having done something really cool... or I hope so! You're right, we can't imagine what GRRM will do ^3^

Damn right he's cool ^^ Can't wait for book 6!
I hope they cast him well in the show too, in season 5.

Personally, I suppose Daenerys, Jon and Tyrion seems obvious. Aegon seems like a Blackfyre. I've still got that theory that Tyrion is actually Aerys' and Joanna's bastard.

Personally, I think it would ruin the story if Tyrion wasn't a Lannister and a patricide.
It would be fun if Cersei and Jaime were Aerys' and Joanna's children though!! XD then Jaime would be a patricide like Tyrion, and Cersei's madness could be explain by her Targaryen blood. And it would be fun if Tywin had ever only be able to father a dwarf child, as he clearly despise dwarves.
But I still think they're all three Tywin's children ^^ Cersei's madness can be explained plenty enough with Joff's death already.
So, no one support my Rhaenys-warged-into-Balerion-black-cat theory?? So sad ><

"You are not my son!," says Tywin.Β
Madness is quite a strong word for Cersei's condition. It's mostly paranoia, after all (though paranoia is a significant part of Targaryen madness, it appears).
Too far out of the window even for me. I always thought warging was a Northern / Old Gods thing. Beside, if having a pet were enough to form a warging connection, then Tommen will surely one day warg into a slightly chubby golden tomcat.

Cersei burns the Tower of the Hand, orders a lot of noble people to be killed because of her paranoia, doesn't realize she's getting fat, is obsessed about Tyrion, doesn't care about Jaime anymore... she's totally on the verge of madness. In addition of being stupid. I don't think she's that far from ordering soldiers to kill the mob like Joff did... She wasn't like that at the beginning but after her son got killed and she spent all that time locked in the Sept... She's clearly not sane. Still one of my fav character though ^^
I don't think having a pet is enough, but the Targaryen have always had dragon dreams, and that's what Bran and Arya have at the beginning : wolf dreams. Actually I didn't come up myself with the idea of that black cat being warged (even if I'm the only crazy one who put it on dragon back xD): this cat looks clever and appears several times, scaring Tommen and spying (? that's a speculation of course) on conversations. Some think it's Bloodraven warging into it to have eyes inside the Red Keep. Google it for more info ^^ It's probably a crackpot theory, but still not totally absurd.

I'm pretty sure Dany's main dragon is Drogon. With that scene in the arena, it was like, WHO'S YOUR MOMMY? (Beautifully bad-ass moment) Haha, but seriously it's like her favourite kid as well. I like the idea of a reversed Aegon the Conqueror pattern. With Dany being the middle head and two dudes on her side. But who would be those dudes??? I like the idea of Jon, cause it would also fulfill the whole "song of ICE and FIRE" thing, but it might be too obvious. But in any case, whatever his future, I still think he IS the bastard of Lyanna and Rhaegar... Not too sure about the role Aegon will play in all this... And concerning Tyrion, it would be one hell of a cool development, because let's face it, Tyrion is awesome!

I agree with you ^^ Daenerys/Jon/Tyrion would be cool.
And I don't think Jon is that obvious, as there are many apparent reasons why he couldn't be one: he swore to stay at the Wall his whole life and win no glory, he is still supposedly Ned's son (even if 90% of the fans think he's Rhaegar's), and he got stabbed four times and could be dead (even if no one seems to believe he really is dead ^^).
But we can't be sure of anything... after all Victarion Greyjoy has a magic Horn and is very close to the dragons, it would be awesome if he stole a dragon!

Well, as it is more than sure, Dany will be Drogons Dragon Lord, er... Lady, and Aegon will definitly ride another, I think. Somehow it would really be cool, but with Rhaenys I suppose, the warg blood is part of the northern bloodline, since all Stark children seem to share this ability (exept for Sansa and Robb, who we don't know about).
I understand the thing with Jon, it would be a logical thing to think, but I honestly think the Targayen features should be more... visible. Though I think it really might be a changed version of Aegon I with his two sisters, with Dany being like Aegon and the other twos being her male relatives. That just leaves a question. What about the pure bloodline? Or will it be changed?
I really would have loved for Aegon to be one of the three heads. Honestly I think the third head will be completely unknown yet.

The thing is that SansaΒ΄s and RobbΒ΄s wolves are dead, so they never had the chance to explore the gift.
IΒ΄m not all that worried about Jon, he has the red priestess with him after all.
But those Targayen survivors do seem to keep popping up! Sloppy work, but brave king Robert was never too into cleaning up after himself.

Jokes asides, it's pretty obvious that Dany will ride Drogon, yes. I'm not sure about Aegon though: he could be a fraud. There are lots of people with silver-gold hair in Essos, it doesn't mean they're Targaryen. Like the second wife of Illyrio Mopatis.
My serious theories for Rhaegal and Viserion are Jon Snow (in his own body, because I don't think he'll die nor just warg into Ghost. Mel could heal him or something), and... Tyrion. He doesn't have Targaryen blood at all, but GRR Martin said that the Riders could be other than Targaryens. And since the first we met him, we know that he dreams to ride a dragon.
But I would love Victarion Greyjoy to get one, too ^^

Yes, he could, but I honestly think he isn't. But we will most probalbly see two books later.
Well, Tyrion would deserve it, as well as Victarion. I hope for Victarion to finally get rid of his... 'beloved' brother Euron, I absolutly don't like him.
And yes, there are many with Valyrian blood, like the bastard Cersei was so in love with.
I suppose Melisandre (though I do not trust her one bit), will save Jon, yes. At least I hope so.
