Abilities
Kifo possesses limited power over the dead, he can't reanimate a human or anything bigger than a large dog though. He can only reanimate what is in the general area, and can only animate what is left, unless he couples it with a spell.
Kifo also possesses some magical abilities, but mostly darker magic, though he needs materials and his spellbook(for the incantation) to be able to cast a spell.
He's studied different types of magic around the world(s).
Personality:
[ Funny | Charismatic | Outgoing | Schemer | Knowledgeable | Stubborn | Coward ]Kifo is a joker and enjoys making his clients laugh, he also has a funny face and enjoys making kids laugh or spook them, whichever fits the situation. His charisma and outgoingness sort of goes together. He doesn't care what people think of him and enjoys being that guy that stands out at a party, he also has a sort of way to talk people into going into their shop. He's a schemer and always has a few plans to make some money in the back of his mind, sometimes these ways are good, sometimes they're a bit less than ethical. He's very knowledgeable in magic and different types of magic, he has to be since he and his sister owns a magic shop. He likes to think he knows a lot, if not considerably more than the average magic user. Kifo is very stubborn and believes what he believes, so this sometimes get him in trouble. Overall though, when pushed into a corner, he would most likely run when confronted since he is kind of scrawny, and knows he's not the strongest when in a fight.
Story:

Kifo and his twin sister, Giza , grew up in a hidden village in central Africa, there, because of their white hair and blood, they were set to be the next in line to be the village's witchdoctors, his sister having to take the role of high Priestess. (Their village has always had female leaders) They studied since a young age in their village's magic and rituals under the priestess, before they started doing their duties at the age of 13 when the previous priestess died, and at age of 18 their village was attacked by a rival tribe and their land was taken, almost everyone from their village wiped out. Kifo and Giza escaped and went on to travel to different countries around the world, mainly to learn different types of magic to maybe bring their village back, they learned that Necromancy might be the only option and they focused on that, hoping to learn as much about it as they could..
With their research they determined it was almost impossible to bring their village back in their lifetimes, and at age of 25 they found a spell to summon Death himself and made him a deal for more time(immortality), in exchange for this and their stronger necromancy powers, they had to give their souls in service of Death, meaning if he wanted a human's soul(or someone's), they'd have to go kill them.
Anyway, they did Death's bidding for a few years, and searched for a way to bring their village back, but eventually it became too dangerous for them to stay on Earth and they moved to Nexus city, where they were able to start a shop, using the money they have gathered from services to fund their shop.

Additional Info's:
Kifo is very talented in using different accents, but his default English accent is British as he learned to speak English from a British friend. Kifo speaks Swahili, as well as a few other Bantu languages, he also speaks English and reads Latin, he also understands a few other languages but has difficulty speaking them fluently.
He has a dead rat skull on his belt, this was a pet of his that had died of old age and he decided to keep it around.
