In the bins on the desk are some of the supplies I used to make jewelry. That's not my primary job though. I work for an education company making interactive teaching software for my 'day' job.

I think I remember a workstation picture from some years back, and it was as pretty and clean as this. I must say, though, that you didn't have the Despicable Me poster up yet, and I love the addition.
The feet fan are funny. 
The three monitors miiight make me a bit uncomfortable, I am one of those used to the laptop screen. It must be an American thing, needing big screens, because I never saw as many 32(or more)-inch screens as when I was over there. Granted, I don't really use my laptop for professional stuff, but I can use as an excuse that my brother does. What do you use three monitors for, if I may ask?
Last thing, totally approve the jewelry corner. And in general, the essential feeling of your desk, I really love that.

Yes, I think the computer was on the other side of the desk the last picture I posted years ago. I like it much better this way now though, especially now that I have lights set up behind my monitor for that subtle easy-on-the-eyes back lit. As far as the fan, the air is actually angled upward so not much really blows on my feet. I definitely don't turn it on in the winter!
Not sure it's an American thing with the big monitors, but more what you do with the computer. 32" monitors are just stupid but I couldn't work without these two 24". The third is just used to display my security camera feeds and some other informational stuff, like how many are viewing my public webcam feed at once, etc. And sometimes movies and music videos. I think it IS silly those that have more than two monitors side-by-side. I don't like to move my head that much!
Yes, that is a microphone. I do voice recordings for work now, so it helped having professional quality gear finally.
Oh, and yes, left handed. I'm sure the mouse on the left gives that away.

It's actually funny, because I was talking to Voldy about it, and it's probably because everyone else is right-handed but although I'm left-handed myself it was strange to see the mouse on the left. I can use it both ways, but it's just much more common to see it on the right and I haven't had a desktop in such a long time that I forget I might position on the left myself if I were to have one.

People think it's weird that I don't swap the buttons on the mouse to left-handed. So I still 'left click' for left click even though for some reason that should be unnatural for a left-handed person. I think it's because I do end up using both hands, and partly I just didn't want to train my brain 'wrong' so then I couldn't use anyone else's computer and get the buttons backwards.

It's a fan below the desk. I hate being hot.
It's a decent lamp, but I'm on the lookout for a new one. The arms need to be just a few inches longer and I would be happier with it. But if I got a new one I'd have to move the 'lamp cam'.
