Description Huh, where does this sudden rush of creativity come from I wonder?
Anyway, it seems I'll really manage to make a series out of it - I have already a few skteches for the other Dragon Disciples!
I just did the green one because I never really used green in my pictures before.
I like this one better then the last one for some reason... maybe it's her face. I kept the background easy because with all the greenish clours I used for her she would have been lost against a detailed background... yes, keep telling yourself that, it'll work someday...
Okay, I was also a bit lazy and I didn't know what sort of background I should make exactly. Although I admit her position is a bit risky... I hope she is not going to do anything rash or she will fall down. And as you can see - or not - it will be a looong fall.
She (I need a name for her or I'll call her Greenie) doesn't really look all that sorcery-like to me but maybe she's a bard and then took the Disciple class.
I'm already thinking which one I do next... I'd love to do the White DD but I'm not sure. Bright colours always make every small mistake glaringly obvious and I think I'd like to practice a bit first. An evil Black Dragon Necromancer doesn't sound all that bad either...

Oh, yeah - full view highly recommended. Even if it is just too see the mistakes I made!

It was one of the pictures where things just seemed to flow naturally - I never got frustrated or stuck, the whole thing just sort of finished itself. I wish it would happen more often though.

That's really amazing! It must have taken you forever to do all that ivy. I love how her wings are just a bit translucent. Her tail looks really real, and the folds in her clothes are really well done.

You have no idea... Okay, Google supplied me with a lot of pictures so I could work out how to draw it and afterwards it was more of an annoying task because I had to repeat the same procedure for every leaf.
But right now it goes faster because I don't stumble over a barrier with my drawing skilly at every turn. Though for another picture I'll have to try drawing a city in the background...
The things I love to draw most always turn out good.

Her hair looks so damn real! It's like you can actually touch it.

And she has a tail, too :fliryt: *catches to play with it* Beautiful green scales. You chose some good colours for her clothes as well. I always thought that purple and green look great together

The leaves must have been quite the pain But they look good. As does the light coming from above, shining through the treetops.

The only thing I don't like is her left hand, more precisely, her fingers They're bended a bit too much.

Otherwise a very good pic I bet she was a bard, pretty girl she is Are these earrings btw.?

Well, then at least the swollen wrist and fingers didn't give their lifes in vain!

Hm, I'll try to add wings and a tail for every Disciple... blue tail... blue wings... Aww, dammit, the blue-obsession strikes again!

The leaves were... okay, I guess though I had to look at quite a few pictures to get them right. Farkness and shadows are my best friends - they only require a dark colour and almost no shapes... *cough*

Yeah, hands... have to work on that...

And she is a bard, at least that's what I imagined her to be after drawing her face and clothes. She looked just too cheeky to be a sorceress.

They are recognizable as earrings? Good! They were a last-minute idea. ^^

Oh yes, darkness is my best friend... well, except for nighttime-darkness because I have yet to figure out how to do good night-lightning that looks real and not like falsely applied make-up.

Yup, I just find it easier to draw females - for now. I'm still practicing drawing males. If I had used my old style for these pictures I would have drawn two Disciples on every picture - one male, one female. Maybe I make the whole series again with males one day.

Definitely! I always end up using a sorcerer with DD as Prestige Class. Of course just because they are powerful and not because of the... wings...

I just stay with the basic classes--I'm always either a necromancer or a sorceress/bard. Usually the sorceress/bard, but depends on my mood.

Yeah, sorceress mostly for me - though sometimes I take ranger, just to see if some of the animals in the game have something to say to me.
I never play clerics or paladins though... something about them just doesn't fit with me.
