She is very good looking - It is lucky she is prevented in seducing any boys.

I had to pull out the original to see what her tattoo was. It's her prisoner number: 116739. And yes, she's very good about remembering that's her only identity at this prison.
True enough, she turns many heads when she's out on a public work detail, but she never lets anything interfere with her work.

The management at this particular prison decided on rubber boots for the prisoners because it kept them consistently productive.
Other complexes, aiming for continuous punishment, have kept the inmates barefoot.
Every complex does it their own way.

Thank you! Although, this one's been hanging around since April so it's only partly new.
The round thing is a steel food bowl. I better work on my shading, people might think she's carrying a frisbee around.

My theory was that it was a large mining light.
But a dog bowl makes sense, and is mildly funny too.

It's practical, but also rather demeaning carrying around your food bowl on a belt. If you think of it as a dog bowl it's even more humiliating.
There's many elements of this prison complex, from the striped uniforms, the shackles, to the fact that most of the prisoners are sentenced to life at forced labor that should be horrifying. Both the inmates and the operators simply regard all this as completely normal, however.
