Probably not. Since they do not need oxygen, they most likely live somewhere where there is no oxygen, thus making the atmosphere (if there was any) incapable of producing water. They could probably get glass rain if it's hot enough though.

Well, since rain is from the atmosphere, and an atmosphere capable of rain as we know it is sustained by Organic Life, and the Diamonds hate organics, I would think not
