Exactly how did they manage to bribe/threaten/annoy/blackmail Raven into wearing that revealing getup?

As usual Raven is a bit wierded out by wearing something so revealing. Why, I don't know. She shows off her legs all the time, when not hidden behind the cloak. I guess the blatentness of Faye's outfit has her feeling a little exposed.
I agree, that is very good work on Lacus's costume. Of course being a pop star and the daughter of a PLANT council member, it is only natural that she would wear that kind of clothing. However that doesn't make it any less of a pain to draw!
Both anime seires are very good. Bebop has been an Adult Swim (aka Toonami latenight and uncensored) staple for forever and SEED is the latest series in the Gundam franchise to be made. (The original Gundam debut was over 25 years ago!) Its sequal series SEED Destiny is currently airing for the first time in Japan and is up to episode 16 or 17 right now.

Slade could be Illpalazzo from Excel Saga, Terra could be Excel and the Plasmus/Cinderblock/Overload-composite could be the ever-dieing Ha-chan.
Then there's enough characters in the 'good guy' part of the series for everyone. Three guys, two girls (although one is an android, and I'm not suggesting Cy be Rabunmattsu-kun)
Or they could all be characters in Wolf's Rain.
Wolves dressed like the titans.
All this manga and anime and I don't know many that wouldn't put the characters in compromising situations/character roles.
I'd offer Heat Guy J, but after finishing with Star, Cy and Robin, where would Raven go? Beast Boy could be the psychopathic leader of the maffia, or Slade. But Beast Boy would probably fit better because they say he's 'a beast'.
You could also try Candidate for Godded/Pilot Candidate/Megumi Kohosei.
Pair them up, either shipping or non-shipping, and the girls would be technicians, the guys junior mecki pilots.
And Slade can be the Instructor.
And the Hive kids can be the upper-class students, or the new cadets.

Except for Wolf's Rain, the other have either never been on tv outside Japan (Minus Anime Network's showing of Excel Saga) on basic cable, or in Pilot Canidate's case, in about five years.
Excel Saga is basically nothing more than Slap-stick shown from the perspective of a Secret Idealogical Organization for the Idealization [of ACROSS] on Earth, who mainly tries only to take-over the City of F in F prefecture. They seem to have money, but the minon have to rely on public-service jobs to barely live, and in HA-chan's case, to live, die, live again, die again, live, die, live, almost die, live, and then die some more. Plus, they aren't intelligent. Their neighbors are also a sort of Japanese equivilent to FBI who, without knowing, are constently either being sent to, or randomly, befowling ACROSS's plans for world domination.
Then there's Menchi/Mince. She's the emergency food supply. The Great Will of the Macrocosim is only in the Anime and only serves to restore plots and stories, not to mention lives and an artificial sanity factor, in the series. She's pretty much like a very happy, hyper Raven, but only a swerling mass of stars and planets about four feet tall, two-four feet wide and floats around. She also has two hands and basically serves as a Deus ex machina effect.
Wolf's Rain is on Cartoon Network around one-thirty in the morning. It basically four (male, although Tobue seem very girlly) wolves in a post-apocoliptic time somewhat like Big O. Wolves are thought to be extinct, but those who still live have learned to hide their true identity from humans through an illusion that makes them look human (and appearently makes them able to do human things like hold things in hands) as they search for Rakuen (Paradise). It's from most of the people behind Cowboy Bebop.
Heat Guy J is a seemingly old series, but is actually fairly new. It's mainly a far-future cop series where the main (human) character, Daisuke/Dice, is appearently the soul field agent for a cop organization while his partner is a seven foor tall android named 'J'.
Candidate for Goddess is also set in the future, where aliens/people have destoyed almost all the planets. Just one is left that support life and colonies of people are stuggling to reach it before the Geisesha destroy it. Orbiting the planet is GOA (Goddess Operators Academy) where candidates with specific qualities train to become the pilots of the five ingrids, the only line of defense for the last planet. The series mainly covers Rei 'Zero' Enna who wants to pilot an ingrid because he was saved by one. It's mainly like a school version of Gundam Wing or something mecki. The candidates are all paired with a repairer candidate, girls no older than them. The candidates are all only guys, even though the lead pilot of the ingrids is, aside from the youngest, female. The candidates are all about the ages of the Titans. And if you've ever seen Digimon, Rei is done by the same person as Tai, and behaves/looks much the same, 'cept for black hair. The series was never finished on tv, so the flashbacks of Rei and Kizna, his partner, were never cleared-up. Kizna has pink hair and cat ears because she had an accident when she was younger and had to have kitty ears grafted to her head. The two fight alot. It's probably be better to try looking through the Tokyo Pop site since pretty much everything that ever exsisted for Cndidate for Goddess is either back filed or long gone. There's maybe a total of five sites that are still up about it, but they haven't really been updated in, at the least, a year.

hm...I don't know. There's a limited number of male charactors in Sailor Moon after all. I think you should just draw a picture of Starfire and Robin, then a different one of Beast Boy and Raven. If you decide to do that.
Honestly, I have no idea.
Laters!

Starfire = Rax (Lacus, whatever) Klein from Gundam SEED
Raven = Faye Valentine from Cowboy Bebop
Cool stuff!
