This was so much fun to make. Micromanaging the (lazy) animation was especially fun. I love the free-hanging eyeball for some reason.I've been playing a zombie invasion in Oblivion. Oh so much fun... >:) Currently I'm holed up in a house in Bravil, but I'm running out of rations and will soon have to venture out to find some more.

Just used Photoshop. And it can be difficult to animate something, but with practice it gets pretty easy.
