Hmm, it's a bit overexposed---- that is, it's over-overexposed, if that makes sense. The white of your skin gets a little blurred out, which nixes this out from going on my wall [ I'd go dizzy ].
But still, I love the concept.

I wouldn't usualy Fav a picture like this. But apart from most of the gun shots that are posted on DA, this one is fantastic.
Instead of showing the gutless power and distruction that people and guns usualy have.
Your showing a struggle to survive without it.

as for the movies, yup fantabulous. you may want to check out a flick i just saw and thought was one of the best ones i had seen in a long time....Big Fish, also starring ewan mcgregor. only that and donnie darko have been any good in the last ten years in my opinion...well apart from the japanese Ring and Battle Royal.
anyway, you truly are a strange (yet oddly capturing) woman. i am now away to die in a corner and fill my mouth with sherbet and bee's to try and get some taste back into my mouth.

Can you tell I really like that book/movie? If you haven't read the book, I highly suggest you read it...NOW. Or else you shall be beaten. As for Big Fish, I saw that a while ago. I'm a big tim burton fan. However, I thought Big Fish was good....but I didn't really like the overall story. I liked all the little tiny stories better. Donnie Darko is another great movie. It's so creepy good. But dude, there are SO many awesome movies. Maybe you just don't have good movie connections and such. I am the movie master. Take care of yourself man....remember, MODERATION!

haha "movie master eh??" no i'm actually not bad with the movies, seen a few and remember a bit, i'm afraid to say i have never read the clock, only seen the movie (long time ago) which i thought was great...very black which i always enjoy. i watched battle royal 2 , spiderman 2 and the remake of dawn of the dead last night..
br 2 is pish (that's scottish for very bad) spiderman 2 i thought was great just because i had the outfit when i was young (couple of weeks ago) and i'm still a spiderman fan and the remake of dotd was actually not too bad....suprisingly watchable....anyway on another note...ahh fraid i'm not a cheeba man, my old dutch is the smoker of the family...i just enjoy a shandy now and again.

duuuude, you have to read A Clockwork Orange. It will bring about revelations and awesomeness. Trust me man. I saw the first Spiderman when it came out...and I wasn't impressed. cold cutting-edge turbulence. the strong jagged edged blade-like metal appears to have disconnected your right arm...and it might even be severed completely just laying there on the surface.
while i'm not fond of much of the "gun" work i see on DA, i do like this largely due to the struggle on your face, your "attempt to grasp your power"...
i've been planning to do some work with a wonderful male model for a few weeks now. though what i have planned is more sensual, natural work, this is quite stimulating to see and i thank you c1.

thankyou very much once more for you kind words, yes i agree with you that there are only a few gun pieces that are of good quality, i tried to add something more to the spectrum with this one, to merge and involve other pin points, i also practically immediatly knew that there would be no blood in this piece as i think it detracts too much most of the time. it is a shame we live so far apart or i would happily attempt to model for you with my made for the dark body haha

i agree that the blood is/was not necessary. i've yet to see someone use blood in a creative way...conveying a higher meaning and using it as a reflective metaphor. even swirls of it reflecting a sunrise or the joyful birth of a new idea or newborn baby...
