AΒ character from the thing me and thatnerdyartaddict are working on. I experimented more with the shading here, and wanted to add some more but I couldn't find a lighter color that would work ;A; Constructive crit requested, especially since my dragons are just ew.
I hate linearting dragons because hOW DO YOU MAKE THE WINGS STRAIGHT.
Also lostdesertfan I remembered the shadow you should be proud of me.
It's a simplistic, horrible shadow bUT IT'S THERE SO HA. PROGRESS.

I love the color scheme you created for her. Espically how on the wings you added the light blue against the dark grey. Very nice.
Now, anatomy wise, I would suggest for the head that you pull the eyes back a bit, so they're more centered when you're viewing the side of her head. But I wouldn't place the eye smack dab in the middle of the area between where the snout connects to the fore head and the horns and ears. You'll want it to still be in that front area of the space, just not so much in front, so to speak. Just pull the eye back at the most a centimeter.
Also, I noticed that the horns seem a bit dwarfed to the ears in comparison. Now, unless the horns are supposed to be small, I'd suggest making the horns longer.
The few things that have caught my eye on the body, would be the wings and the under belly.
For the under belly, I can't really find any contrast between the chest, or stomach. To make the chest stand out more, you could make it so that the stomach would be curving gently inwards, towards the spine, so to speak.Β
Wing wise, the only thing odd about it would be the membrane. The wing membrane (in my opinon) should connect to the sides/body of the dragon, rather then the 'arm pit' of the wing. It would be a bit difficult to catch any air if your wing membrane was attached to your arm pit rather then the sides of your body in my mind. An easier way to understand this would be to pretend that your arms and hands were dragon wings for a moment. Your thumb would be the claw of the wing, while your fingers would represent the long bones that hold the wing membranes together. Now imagine if your wing membrane connected to your arm pit, instead of having a large part of it attached to your sides. The wind would slip right past you, and only catch in the other parts of the wings, making a very unsteady flight, while as if you have the membrane on your sides, all parts of your wings would catch air, making a nicer, smoother flight.
At least, that's what I think XD
You can keep drawing the wings how you're already drawing them if you want too. Some artists actually do draw dragon wings like that, and it looks good with their art style in my opinon.
Anyways, that's about all I have to offer critic wise.

Love how dark he is, and how his expression kind of matches it
I would say add a bit more emphasis on muscles/joints (though it's hard with the dark coloring), and is it part of his design to have ears and horns? o3o Tripped me up a bit XD

Yeah, I was planning on doing that with a third color but then all the colors I found that weren't red or something were lighter than her original skin tone and I was like "nOOOOO" but I was too lazy to go back and make the others darker/essentially start over so yup ;w;
Yeah, I think I'll make her ears a bit smaller next time xD It's the first time I've drawn her so I was figuring out the design as I went x'3
