I've tried... so many different ways to color this. I worked it in PS. I worked it in Painter. I tried monocromatic, dicromatic, distortion, normal flesh-tones, neons and I still ... hate it. So it remains lineart. Maybe I'll try again later.Fun to do either way; all three of these guys affect me on a nice, deep physical level, so I got a nice joy-gasm out of drawing them together. (Though since I did so much penciling the lead got a little smeary and cleaning them after scanning was an absolute bitch.)
(Mechanical Pencil, slight channel mixing in PS for the warm cast to it.)

Beautiful, absolutely magnificent! its in no need of coloring even if i would imagine it nice with color ive always been a fan of black and white.... hmmm.... perhaps you could color it in black and white??? if you haven't already tried perhaps thats a good idea!! i think it would look positively sublime in that sense!

The detail is absolutely amazing; I'll give you that.
Although, I do see some "(errors)", if not to sound rude. (Things such as Tsunade's lips are a bit too much to the left; the top of Jiriya's head is a bit flat)

Fucking amazing. Sorry for the language, but my God its perfect. From the folds to the shading to the (completely KICK ASS) costume design, it just sums up into a wonderfully stylized and imaginitive piece. The Trio deserves more pictures like this.

*laughs* Oh, dear, it's not that her arm is too thin, it's that her vest is covering part of it >_<. Though I did notice how that effect appeared at a quick glance. The problem would be rectified if colored, but... no guarantee that'll happen any time soon. *grimace*

This is freaking AWESOME! You've managed to make Orochimaru look like an intimidating hardass, which some people find increadibly hard to do, and Jiraiya just looks all kinds of dope. And you made Tsunade quite beautiful, as well. I would LOVE to see this colored, if possible.

I love the outfits, especially for Tsunade and Jiraiya - there's just *something* about the tilt of his head that's just really visually appealing to me, while the Fifth just looks gorgeous~ ^^ Oreo---Uh, Orochimaru looks great too, if not quite as GothNancyNin-boi as he does on occasion in the manga.. ^_-;

(*dies* Oreo... genius.) Glad you liked Tsunade! Amazingly, the order you listed the characters was the order I drew them, Tsunade was first, Jiraiya was second and Orochimaru I had hesitated to put into the image, so he's kind of a "last minute" guy. And okay! I've thought long and hard... I'll do some more jounin! (Yay! A chance to draw Kurenai and Asuma! Together!)

(Just look at him! He's all the right colours and everything..! 
It still looks a great image; Orochimaru does look a little belatedly added (he doesn't seem to have as much room about him as the other two), but for a "last minute" sort of guy, it wtill works greatly. ^^
