I finally got my domain back online. To celebrate this I am releasing my new site update to the public. This image here is a demo of the layout. It shows 3 of the more than 60 pages that went into the original remodel.The psd which contains the book information for the layout contained 1317 layers at the time of initial completion. There were a total of 387 html documents for the initial completion of this project. Nearly 300 hours went into this not including time spent of updates.
I hope you guys enjoy. It is my biggest project to date.

I love the look of that paper. The tone of it really is something different. There's nothing I can critique here, everything looks great. I'm impressed by the amount of work you put into this.

I saw this first when you posted the news item about it. I absolutely loved it. I actually like the Myst series (excluding Myst itself, which suffered from massive design flaws) partly because the art style is so fucking cool. This reminds me very very much of that art, as well as the art from the fantastic Zork: Nemesis. I have to agree with sasso. Is there were a drooling option, I'd be right on it.

thats a sweet layout - similar to what i tried to do in grade nine for my site and failed (i was going off the books in myst )
my only beef, as others have said, is the text being a bit unreadable but its still wickedly done, i really love the polaroid snapshot look on the photographs and the slide look for others
