The best part of this work are those eyes, hands down. They glow. And you took the time to add varying shades of brown, red, and olive to edges of the yellow which I appreciate. They are lively, and they caught my eyes immediately. The rest of the cat's face falls flat. First, be more deliberate in your mark making. You were so intense with the eyes, you need to follow up with the rest of the image, or the viewer will be disappointed! More work and depth across the board with the fur, especially to the right of the right eye, and around the nose. Don't be afraid to get really dark in areas of shadow like you started to do around the right eye. Also, finish to the edge of the page. A lot of artists use the unfinished sketch look as a crutch, but it rarely makes a piece look better. You judged your negative space pretty well on the far left, so that's another reason to darken everything up with the rest of the cat. You can highlight that you have a good composition. You have a great start here, but you can definitely keep going.

The thing I love most about felines is their look. They have great eyes and intense look. You've captured that here, in style. The coloring really stands out.
Apart from the eyes, the rest of the piece is complementary. It holds pretty well, with nice detail. I think the cat's right side could be a bit darker, maybe.
Looking at some of your earlier drawings I clearly see progress and you should try coloring more. You did a great job here with color tones and lighting in the eyes.

This looks really nice! I like the mixture of tones of yellow, green and brown you used for the eyes, they make a rich and interesting color! I'd suggest perhaps enhancing the black and white parts by using a wider range of shades (with more middle, dark and very dark tones); this way the cats head and specially the yes would "pop put" of the paper even more! Good job!!!
