I usually suck in art class. That much is to be expected.We had an assignment to simply draw something utilizing a lot of value. We were supposed to do three--one blended, one cross-hatched, and one with stippling. I only did one, but I at least got a 78 (logically, shouldn't I have gotten a 33?)
Oh well, at least one of my art class assignments came out halfway decent.

I like it! I did that SAME picture one time, but someone actually STOLE it from my Art teacher's closet...it was going to be a gift for a friend...i was really upset. but what can i say? at least they liked it enough to STEAL it! LOL!

But yeah, I just used a mechanical pencil aand...I think maybe a 2B art pencil (which is basically the same as any ordinary pencil. xD I over-abused one of those blendy-stick things, though.
