Blargh. Basil did not want to look 16. He still looks the same age he always looks!Maybe he's one of those guys who'll look a certain age until he STARTS aging.
But Ozymandius managed to look considerably younger, with shorter hair and not much of a moustache yet.
Random cute sibling affection moment. It's a sad excuse to draw Ozymandius, I know... sigh.
