A few days ago I downloaded the program "Sai" (legally - you can find the english version in the internet) and just had to try it and it's so great! I couldn't really draw with the programs I had (just colouring), but to my mind the picture looks like a pencil drawing (except for the background)
I kept it b/w, because I think it creates a whole new mood.
I really like the girl she is looking soooo dearing ^-^ *wants to hug her*
And the title...I thought, because she is looking so endearing she could be the light of hope for someone
or she could see a light, but I leave it to the viewer see you, your ChildOfMoonlight ^__^
ps: I hid my signature in the picture ^.^

It looks amazingly like pencil. I was sure that's what you'd done it in. Very very nice mood. Love the deep eyes... they are very expressive.
