Day 14 of my 30 day Challange....which I have already failed by missing five days.

"Thanks, pardner!" Rover tipped his hat to the three-headed borista as he took his green, glowing drink. He stepped away from the little hole in the wall and into the massive corridor of Java Station. Creatures of every shape and size walked leasurly along the universe's largest collection coffee shops and tea houses and cafe's.

"What did you get?" Flyspur asked, sipping leisurely at his teacup full of a teal brew from 9075434-T.

"I haven't the foggiest." Rover examined the glowing bubbles in his drink with curious glee. "Just pointed at ingredients."

"Rover..." Flyspur gave his friend a concerned look. "Shouldn't you have..."

Rover took a long draw of the drink through the swirly straw. The captain shook his head with a massive grin. "Whooee! That thing has some kick in it!"

"It looks interesting." But Flyspur said, looking down at his own drink as he walked. But then stopped as he realized Rover was no longer at his side. He turned around to see Rover standing in the middle of the corridor looking like he was about to sneeze. "What?"

"Blue...I think...." His knees buckled and he dropped face-first to the floor like a sack of potatoes.

Flyspur gasped. "Rover! Are you alright!?"

Rover mumbled something unintelligible, his face smashed against the floor.

He scooped up Rover's drink from where it had fallen, and pulled up the ingredients list. He let out an annoyed chuff through his nostrils and flicked his tail, reading aloud one of the warnings. "'Micro arilli crystals may cause temporary paralysis in carbon-based life forms.' Don't you ever read the ingredients warnings?"

Rover's mechanical index finger raised and he said something into the floor.

"I don't care if it sounded tasty. You need to be more careful."

A shadow engulfed both of them and something rumbled behind Flyspur. "The lounging areas are designated by chairs and benches at the edge of the corridors not in the center."

Flyspur turned around to see a pair of knees. He craned his neck to look up...and up...and up.... to a creature that looked to be a cross between a rhino, an alligator and a pigeon. It had a shiny, official-looking badge pinned to it's massive chest. "Um...I'm afraid he had a negative reaction to his coffee." Flyspur explained.

"I don't care. Get him out of the road. He's a tripping hazard." The creature's voice was so loud and deep, Flyspur could feel it in his feet.

Rover's finger moved again, seemingly the only part of his body that could move, and said something unintelligible.

"I would be happy to if I could get some assist--"

"My rounds will bring me back here in ten minutes. If he is still there I'm fining both of you."

Flyspur watched the massive officer lumber off. He looked down at Rover, a massive lump on the floor that was a good deal over three times Flyspur's weight. How in the world was he supposed to move him?

There WILL be a sequel to this. How do you think he will do it?
