chill13 's Jssfloon species seem to be obsessed with dunefruit (they use it for bread, for wine, for lunch, for snacks, etc.), so it seemed like an Art-Nouveau-style, Support-Your-Local-Economy sort of propaganda add would make sense.

Inspired by this other piece of fanart, which was in turn inspired by an old WWII poster.
