I have been so inspired by urban legends of Black-Eyed Children starting in the year 1996 in Abilene, Texas (I was born the year before) that I have decided to create a Black-eyed ghost named in life Janine Stephens. As those who follow the BEK (Black-Eyed Kids) myth, Jet-Eyed Janine was chock full of negative ghost energy. In life, Janine Stephens was a college student near Seattle, Washington until she was murdered by an unknown assailant. Ever since then, Janine haunts Interstate 90 or I-90, begging for a ride to find her killer.
