Such a nightmare! I was actually going to draw blood too, but I thought it would be brutal, so I just made the background red. Let's just say they ate blowfish without Ai instead and then this happened...
Sketched in SAI and colored in Photoshop.
PS: Ugh, you can't see Ai's pendant in the preview... :/ It has "AY" on it and Ayumi's "AI". Just DL...
PPS: I didn't realize that I had my anniversary on the 25th. ^^

I wrote it in the description: they ate blowfish ^_^' (if improperly prepared, it can lead to death because the fish contains poison).
Though the real story was that Conan and the Detective Boys got shot by the Black Organization and Ai came too late. This only happened in her nightmare, though. That's why she's so frightened all the time. ^^
