This is my OC I created for 's Cyber females jam awhile ago. I didn't post her up though. I Had to take advantage of 's Holiday request so I got him to color her up in his AWESOME style. He did a great job on her!Lines & Purple/blue Glowing effects: Me

Yes. You have that cleaner, cel-shaded style that i am totally unable to do. Even little dabs of it look good over my messy colors.
