I love this picture so much! Taken at Everfree NW 13!Luna's accessories and wings were made by me, everything else was done by her.

what material did you use for the wings? i first thought maybe some fabric but then you wouldn't be able to keep the wings in place i guess.

They are made using craft foam, which can be found at JoAnn's Fabrics and Crafts or Michael's Craft stores. Its a very thin foam, and rather cheap. I cut out all the feathers and hot glued them together, then made the structure with 9 gauge wire. I'll actually be putting up a tutorial sometime in the next month, its a really nice, easy, and affordable way to make pony wings (or wings for anything else)

It might've been, there was another Celestia with a slimmer dress, my dress is very large. I had a small part in the closing ceremonies, and helped Chrysalis keep her costume together

Heh heh. The changeling queen's disguise kept falling apart, it seems. Looks like she still needs time to recuperate after Canterlot.
And yes, I definitely saw you then. And the other Celestia too. In any case, the work on the costumes remains impressive.
