Ravus and Val from Holly Black's Valiant, A Modern Faerie Tale. I love this couple! I don't care if Ravus is a troll, he is FINE!!!

Thia ia really good! I especially like how you've drawn val's hair, it looks exactly like peach fuzz- just like it's described in the book ^_^ Also I agree Ravus is hot, although I'm afraid he'll never be a hot as Roiben in my mind

Horns are mentioned, though I can't remember which page. It's around the time when Val first meets him. Excellent interpretation of him; he still has a bit of the repulsiveness that Holly Black wants him to have, but he is still a likable character.

I read Tithe and Ironside, totally skipping over Valiant in my haste to finish Kaye's story. When I got around to reading Valiant, I kicked myself for not reading it sooner! Val and Ravus make such a great couple and you've portrayed them beautifully!

Wow, this is really good. Valiant really doesn't get as much love as it deserves. I think it's something to do with the fact that Tithe came out first, and a lot of people were upset that it didn't follow Kaye and Roiben. Personally, I think Valiant is better, but that's just me.
(Also, they're making Valiant into a movie, and it comes out THIS YEAR!! I'M NOT KIDDING!)

The movie is under some serious wraps. I made a youtube video about it a little while ago with just about everything that I've found out (after DAYS of looking around). Type in "Valiant 2010 movie" and it should be right there. The only thing that I forgot to mention is that they're also using Mosaic Studios. AND I KNOW!!

Yeah, I liked Val better than Kaye. I mean, they're both alright, but I just like Val better. And Ravus is just plain awesome.
