Not bad, but i am missing highlights on the guy. On my monitor he is a too brown guy and i think highlights would let him pop more out.
The sky does not really fit with the foreground colors they are vivid many tones and stuff but the foreground is just dull color.

Yeah I know, I'm having a problem with the colors appearing duller and some midtones and highlights disappearing. It looks great in photoshop, but as soon as I view it on another program it looks crudy. I've already recalibrated the monitor and checked all the settings, I don't know what's up.

WOW. Color really Does make it POP.
No worries about the clouds. I hated mine, they were so circular and rounded, clouds arent Like that. Yours are atronomicly Better.
This is the first time any one has ever attempted to color my shit. Thanks for giving it a go.
