Brilliant!! I love seeing pieces like this that just make any Doctor Who fan's imagination go wild, its impossible not to wonder what crazy circumstance landed the Doctor in that situation while part of me thinks he just pulled a lever he shouldn't have.
I love the use of soft and hard lines and the blurred areas, especially on the divers, it adds a lot to the underwater effect!
