My last minute entry for the Bubblegum Mayhem-Contest byI was in some kind of drawing mood, so I did this.
The scanner falsified the colors a bit.

Yeah, aladdin is a great movie! I love the spriti of these cultures! I'd also loved Prince of Persia, just because of the clothes and everything around!

Ariel is one my most favorite Disney Princesses, mainly because I think she is most beautiful, and also because she is a mermaid.
Is Ariel meant to be a pre-teen in this picture?

It's Ariel from the third movie "Ariels beginning". I used the movie as a reference. At the beginning she looks like this, I think she is meant to be 6 there , because it's 10 years backwards (wasn't she 16 in the Little Mermaid movie??).

Too bad the scanner messed up the colors.
I really love the detail you've putten into it, like the scales and the use of white lines.

Yeah it's bad... but I don't know why the scanner messed up the colors that lot. My other picture were a lot better!

Maybe it just looks worse with reds and greens or something :S

Thanks for the advice! I've tried it, the colors looks better, but the background is wrong now! I will try to reform that and then I will upload the new version!

Well, I've managed it in someway to change the colors a bit. They're not perfect, but a lot better than before!

They colors are a lot brighter and more 'full'
I stopped coloring and scanning drawings a while ago.
The scanner never really captures the colors the way you want to (that was a good reason for me to try digital coring

I don't like digital coloring... well I like how it looks and so but I don't like doing it!
