I'm not really that big comic book fan. I know a lot of stuff that goes on in them and some rather obscure characters, but i don't really read them all that often.
Dark Knights: Metal is an exception to that.
I love the concept of the Dark Multiverse, and like many other people, I love the designs of the Dark Knights. The only parts about them I feel weren't as great were the Dawnbreaker's glasses, and the symbols for Red Death and The Merciless.
Something I've noticed, however, is that there doesn't seem to be a symbol anywhere online for The Batman Who Laughs. Which is weird, because he has one. We see bits of it in the texts boxes throughout the Dark Knights origins comics. I can tell that it's him, same text, same speech patterns, same mannerisms. And it doesn't match up with Barbatos's.
So here's my artistic rendering of The Batman Who Laughs's symbol. I think the intent of those pictures was to interpret the bat symbol with a smile in it.
