Inspired by the Cherry Blossom trees that were showing off their short-lived flowering period during the creation of this scene...They came out much earlier this year (global warming?) But still looked nice !

I also wanted to make use of the flowering cherry trees I made in Vue 6 a few months ago, they were just sitting there so I thought what better time to start using them than Spring ! The making of he Vue elements of the scene kinda tested my patience, the original terrain was massive so when it was covered in trees, it greatly exceeded my memory limit and caused a lot of problems...So I had to make a smaller terrain that matched the portion of he larger one visible.

So here it is, Two weeks, five program crashes, and many hours of rendering later, I came up with a scene that I was very satisfied with. Rocks modelled in Cinema 4D, The mountain is photo-manipulated because the original 3D mountain ended up looking terrible and there was post work in Photoshop to "warm" the look of the sky and put a soft glow on some aspects of the scene, but it's mostly Vue work...Enjoy !

P.S. I have decided to upload this into my Cornucopia 3D gallery, so don't threat if you see it on that site. But that dosn't mean ripping is allowed from either
