I got the inspiration for this from a painting off of Mercedes Lackey's novel, "Spirits White as Lightning." So, that's where the pose idea pretty much came from, and I just made it up from there.Eh, I'm kinda iffy about the water. I debated over it for a long time, I just hope it came out all right. I also tried to leave glow areas around the figure, flowers, and that little ball she's holding, but I don't really think that came out. Anyway, all those little white dots are really white-out, heh, so that was fun to use.

nice, I think the wings are very beautiful. I think you did the water pretty well. I think it can be so hard to draw water, especially if it's splashing around. When I saw the cg of Yuna dancing on the water in Final Fantasy X I was certainly amazed they got it too look so realistic. But anyway, nice job, I like the face too.

water is extremely hard to make look like water with color penciled u however did it beautifully

Oh my god. Your pictures always amaze me and show me how much talent you actually have. Wow, Its just...wow. Firstly, the water is amazing, it looks really realistic and professional like, so no need to worry in the future, your water colouring technique is great. I love the way you've done the foam and spray and the way the bottom of her drapes[?] blend into the water. Her pose is really good as well and she looks she so pretty. I don't, personally, like the headress, but it is extremely well drawn and coloured in along with the hair - I really like that. The shading of the sunset background is pure stunning. That is one of the best parts of the picture along with the pretty wings

Yeah, I worked really hard on the water to get it to look that way. The headdress, eh, I dunno---just one of the weird things that I make up. And you're right about the forest: it does seem kinda funny, but it was intended to be a halfass background since I got tired of leaving everything just plain white; however, I did get two completely different pieces of feedback that both said the white background made it stunning. Too late to really change that though, ha. They're supposed to be some distant weeping willows...WAY off in the distance.
And the sunset was vividly colored on purpose, heh. I love vibrant skies, either in sunrise or sunset.
