done is Ms paint for 6 hours and 4 days
i used photoshop to blended the armour properly specially the top, but i felt guilty for cheating so i ended up re-doing the top again lol...

Weird... In a way, this looks really similar to my Runescape character. o3o Just different armor and longer hair.
As for the actual picture, I'd be too lazy to do something like this in paint... Unless I had a lot of motivation, or was in the mood to go detail crazy. xD

its pink tone to give a little skin a life feel to it. soft cell shading isnt suited for ms paint though

oh u mean the triangle bit in front of the skirt? well that thing is part of the skirt lol, i said on youtube that i made changes on the armour it actually suppose to connect the top and bottom together so its like a belt strap thing that goes over your shoulders but its different lol
