I wouldn't say it was very difficult, no. The hardest part was the sleeves, I had major help with making them ruffly. But mostly it's just a simply shaped dress.

Nope, what I did was I laid out on the pink fabric, and we traced it around me so that it went past my toes. I cut out the shape a few inches from the line we traced to leave room for sewing, and added extra strips of fabric on the sides to kind of give it that "bell-shape" that PB's dress has.
