Thanks I think it sort of happened when I composed the picture, the plant is growing down the side of this stump, but it does make a compelling shot.

it's too woody to taste good though i have nibbled it. i usually make a tincture out of it. it is sold commercially as a immune system boster and has been proven to be an effective treatment vs certain type of cancer.
