A typical morning at the Smash Stadium.

Here we see Samus playfully greeting Fox, and clearly taking pleasure in the fact that she not only caught him off guard, but is irritating him immensely. Their relationship is such that, if they did not take time every now and again to pester each other, neither of them would be happy x3

Of course, they are not alone in the trailer park. Ness is happily trotting off with a brand new $100 bill that he found on the floor while casually walking through Falcon's trailer. Since it didn't belong to anyone he knows, he naturally decided to keep it--

--much to Falcon's dismay.

Kirby is perched atop Falcon's trailer, dancing merrily and waving at Samus and Fox. WHY is he up there?

Because he can be.

The Smashers don't need reasons to do anything other than that.

This piece was inspired by Against All Odds, a fanfic that's well in the making, and possibly soon to be introduced here on devart.

The image was sketched in pencil, inked with pilot pen, and scanned into photoshop for coloring. It took approximately 3-4 hours to complete.
