Edit Again: Okay, I don't know why it is showing up as "mature" considering the last picture did not. I change the settings, even change the tags and the problem is persisting. I guess if you have a problem with someone being strangled, don't view. Snippet will give context.

Hey guys, just wanted to show you what I've been up to. Currently working on coloring so will post update when that happens.

So this concept has been sitting around a while. Happens right after our Hero, Fable, defeats Maze. Yes I'm still alive and still working on the fanfiction, which is currently going through some heavy edits and be re-uploaded soon. There's more to the snippet, but I'll let you guys read that when the chapter is released.

Story Snippet

"You bastard!" Fable screamed, slamming Sid against a wall by his throat.

Stunned, and gasping for air, Sid clutched at the Hero's arm trying to pry it loose. A fwoosh sound caused him to pause long enough to see a blaze swirling in Fable's free hand, his friend's eyes gone, replaced by something that seemed soulless. Red Will lines carved Fable's body as the fire grew in size.

"Fable!" Sid choked out, blackness creeping in from the corners of his eyes.

Fable took a raged breath and screamed out.

"No!" Came a commanding voice.

Fable turned his raged gaze upon the one stopping his arm.

"He's not the enemy!" Alan yelled, keeping a vice grip on the Hero's arm.

"He's working for Jack!" Fable screamed.

"Not anymore!" Alan shouted at the same volume. "He could have obeyed his command then, but he didn't! Denying Jack's command is retribution enough."

"He's no better than Maze," Fable snarled. "A traitor!"

"And you'll be no better than Jack if you kill him now!"

Fable paused, looking between Alan and Sid. Finally, he dispelled the fire and let Sid fall to the ground, doubled over and coughing and gasping for air. Freeing Fable's arm, Alan rushed to Sid's side, placing a hand on his back. The pair looked up at the sound of a loud 'clink' before them. A heavy coin purse greeting them.

"Take your damn money and leave me alone," Fable hissed, walking off.
