So, though I haven't had a DA account for a while and haven't had this new one for very long, I actually did/do frequent DA quite a bit. And every visit consists of 3 particular visits: Bleedman, Bri-chan, and Patches.I always found Katie's style fun and wonderfully animated, (hah, pun-esque.) Her humor is just charming and I love visiting her gallery. I've actually tried doing fanart of her work a couple times and nothing ever turned out worthy of wanting to share. -^^-
But I've finally gotten something I hope that she would like. I haven't seen Patches in her gallery recently and he could stand for some lovin' so I borrowed him as a model for another chibi-ish attempt.
I think it's my favorite picture of Patches and he looked so sad and adorable I couldn't resist giving him a *little* treat.

Wow! Thank you! I haven't drawn Patches in forever, but it's cool to see him again! This is an adorable rendition of him. XD He looks so happy with a giant bone. And what dog (boy) wouldn't be with a treat like that? Thank you so much for the gift and the kind words! That's really nice of you!

I like the ears and the pose the most.
I'll admit something about the eyes looks a little odd, but it doesn't ruin the image at all.
