Description

In a universe with superheroes exist, what good can a group of teenagers do. In 1978, an interdimensional being known as Zordon and his friend, Reginald Ranor, picked seven teenagers to help save the world from the evil Black Cross Army. They were a major force in the service of Dark Specter and the United Alliance of Evil. Using powers similar to those he and Reginald used when they had started out with others ten thousand years ago, the seven teens became Earth's first Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers.

Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers:

Shiro Ranger: Virginia Roth - The peacemaker when the boys get a little out of control. Virginia has a strong attraction for her teammate Frank.

Aka Ranger: Frank Scott - The leader of the team. Frank is strong willed but always pulling the team together against the enemy.

Ao Ranger: Russell Taylor - The Second in command. Russell likes playing the guitar, but his true dream is to join one of the popular Motown groups. He acts like a loner, but
                                         he truly cares for his friends.

Ki Ranger: Xao Kwan - Xao escaped Viet Nam with his family before the fall of Saigon, came to America in 1973 and entered high school. He had learned English from American soliders, and soon
                                  made friends with Frank, Russell, Kenny and Clark. They looked out for him against any who would pick on him either for his accent or for the fact he came from Viet Nam.

Momo Ranger: Jacqualin Hart - Jackie put a lot of her emphasis on grades and cheerleading and she had the body for it. Even though she did, she was kind to all she could. She had the chance to be
                                              arrogant but never took it.

Mido Ranger: Kenneth Cranston - Kenny to his friends was very studious. While he spent most of his time reading, he did want to learn basic self defense which his friend Frank taught him. Nothing
                                                 major, just enough that he could protect himself. He was the most surprised to be chosen as a Ranger, but he takes his responsibility seriously.

Kuro Ranger: Clark Oliver - Clark's father was a soldier in Korea and part of Viet Nam. He learned fighting techniques from the locals and passed them down to Clark. Clark has a deep respect for all
                                        cultures and so he and Xao became best friends.

Zordon chose these High School students ready to graduate to protect the world from the first United Alliance of Evil attack on Earth. Not even he could realize that their children would end up becoming instrumental as the war was coming to a close.
