Doctor Charles Morgan and his team had dug deep into the earth and accidently freed a new Empire, the Dark Evolin Empire, to try and conquer the Earth. Their leader, Aton, was a spirit who had taken over Charles's body. Looking for help, his wife, Hayley, found the Protector of Angel Grove, Reginald Ranor, a willing ally to get her and her friends powers. These did come with a small side effect. While not dangerous, they were more explosive. And thus, the Dynamic Blast Rangers were born.

Red Ranger: Conner Corbett had two sons, Mike and Leo, and loves martial arts. He has black belts in many fields and tried to teach his sons. He was also a master swordsman which made him perfect for the leadership of the team. He also liked riding his motorcycle with his brother, Don.

Black Ranger: Donald Corbett is the younger brother of Conner and he does have a bit of younger brother syndrome. He felt he could never measure up to Conner and his achievements. Don trained in the skills of the ninja and trained every day. He is considered a bit of a goofball, but he has a heart of gold. He rides motorcycles with his brother, but he's also an astronomer and enjoyed looking at the stars. This was able to help him become the second in command, Black Ranger.

Blue Ranger: Hikaru has a son named Kai that he wished would be more into marine biology like himself. He has inspired others, like a boy named Chad Lee, but that is all he has done. An occasional surfer, diver and loves to swim made him the right choice for Blue Ranger.

Yellow Ranger: Inca Freewind was pulled through a warp in space from his home planet of Mirinoi where he left a wife and daughter, Maya. He found himself in a new world with no clue about the inhabitants nor the strange structures. Hayley was the first one to find this muscle man in a loincloth who could talk to animals and helped him acclimate as best he could to this new world called Earth. His skills in fighting even impressed the Red Ranger Conner. Not sure if he was ever going to get home, he had developed a crush on the Pink Ranger who helped him.

Pink Ranger: Hayley Morgan has a daughter named Kendrix. She is a kind hearted woman that loves science, which she instilled in her daughter. She is always concerned when her husband, Charles, goes on one of his digs which resulted in him being taken over by evil. She took Pink feeling she wasn't up to the task of leadership after looking for Reg's help and instead asked her friends to join her. She helped Inca acclimate to living on Earth and even developed feelings for him but didn't want to act on them because of her marriage.

Green Ranger: Fredrick Henderson has a son named Damon. He was a mechanic at the shop Conner and Don went to to get their bikes fixed. The Ship was called the Emerald Condor. He also had some martial arts training from Conner when asked to join the Rangers. Though reluctant at first, he understood the value of protecting the planet if it meant his son would have a planet after all this.

White Ranger: Courtney Park has a son named Adam. Her Husband, Andrew, was the hero Kamen Rider Cinder. She loved taking care of Animals and had met Takeru at Angel Grove Park. When asked to join the team, she didn't hesitate. She wanted to be a hero like her husband and hoped one day her son would be one as well.

:: Side Note ::
Just as a side note, before her husband was free of Aton, Hayley had an affair with Inca that resulted in another daughter whom she named Kendall, never telling her husband, when he was free, that the child wasn't his. Inca too, with the help of Reg, made it home, never knowing he had a second daughter out there.
